I am here
to support you
in overcoming
your difficulties.
My approach
You may be going through a difficult time - questioning your path, feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, or struggling to understand you behaviour; it can be hard to know what you need or how to move forward, and you may feel alone, face tensions in your relationships, or be dealing with grief...
I am here to listen and help you better understand your feelings and experiences. Together, we can explore your own answers, supporting your openness to change so you can live a life that truly feels like yours - grounded not in others’ expectations, but in your own uniqueness and capacity for growth. My approach is humanistic.
Trained in humanistic and experiential psychotherapy at the Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci (Brussels) and the Institut de Développement du Thérapeute (Paris), my work integrates principles from person-centred therapy, existential analysis, transactional analysis, Gestalt therapy, as well as bioenergetic analysis and breathwork therapy.
About me
From an early age, I have been driven by a desire to understand people and the world.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20 years in the private sector, which took me abroad to Morocco and India and allowed me to travel across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the United States. Along the way, I developed a deep curiosity about society, culture, relationships, and the meaning of people’s lives.
Later, supporting entrepreneurs and leaders in reflecting on the purpose, values, and identity of their organizations helped me see the human side in each of them and understand what was holding them back from taking new directions.
These experiences, combined with my own personal journey, led me to train as and practice as a humanistic therapist. My aim is to help people better understand themselves, reconnect with their true selves, and live fully. When I’m not working, I enjoy being at sea or in the mountains, spending time with friends and family, and simply embracing life.
